• Act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring clarity on risks and opportunities.
• Analyse promotional activity and investment returns, helping shape future strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement, challenging current ways of working and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop advanced reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business understanding.
• Support new business tenders and cross‑functional projects, contributing to growth and efficiency.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong post‑qualification experience.
• Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across non‑financial teams.
• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
