Responsibilities
- Manage client analysis and change work to support acquisition projects and other ad hoc initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Project planning and resource management, including relevant reporting and proactive issue and risk management.
- Deliver projects to specification, timescales, and budget.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Support all client communication related to client transitions, ensuring effective distribution and timely delivery.
- Ensure all relevant system updates and client processes are in place and followed during client change work.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Support delivery of other key initiatives, such as IT change projects in the advice space.
About You
- Experience in project management/co‑ordination.
- Management of internal & external stakeholders.
- Data analysis and report writing.
- Client relationship management.
- Change management.
You will have experience within Financial Services and an understanding of the advice framework & ongoing service delivery. You’ll be comfortable in a fast‑moving environment, adaptable, a self‑starter, able to learn quickly, work independently, taking full ownership of assigned deliverables.
