We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on an 18-24 month FTC
, with the potential to extend or move into a permanent role. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Management Accounting team with the Velocity Transformation Programme, implementing robust processes and controls, and delivering accurate, timely reporting for our Corporate/Consumer division.

• Provide proactive management accounting and reporting for the Corporate/Consumer division, ensuring monthly accounts are accurate and delivered on time
• Lead on implementing strong processes and controls as part of the Velocity Transformation Programme
• Reconcile and review all balance sheet accounts regularly, resolving reconciling items and highlighting risks or opportunities
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits, providing analysis and explanations as required
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes where required
• Engage with colleagues across functions to build strong networks and promote collaboration

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within a multi‑divisional group structure
• Strong technical accounting skills and high level of numeracy
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulae) and ability to work with large data sets from multiple systems
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new processes and ideas
