• Processing a high volume of invoices and staff expenses for a number of AAB companies
• Ensuring that invoices are coded correctly and authorised in line with company procedure
• Admin and processing of corporate credit card statements
• Allocating payments to invoices and assisting with supplier payment runs
• Dealing with supplier and staff queries in a timely manner

• Experience in a high volume environment is essential
• Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of IT and financial systems
• Experience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous
