The Finance Graduate Programme is your launchpad into a high‑performance, high‑growth global consumer business. Over three transformative years, you’ll rotate annually across key finance functions, from FP&A and commercial finance to operations, new product development, and strategic planning, while working toward your CIMA qualification with full support.

Start by developing a strong grounding in our core accounting and finance processes. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in one key transactional area while building exposure to others. This is where you’ll learn how the fundamentals of accounting support every aspect of our global business and set the stage for more analytical and commercial experiences ahead.

Broaden your perspective by stepping into commercial and operational finance. Partner with cross‑functional teams across product, marketing, and supply chain to turn financial data into actionable insights.
