Partnership Accountant

Our Group Finance team is seeking a Partnership Accountant to support all aspects of Partnership Finance, working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic accountant to take on a broad range of high-profile responsibilities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Take ownership of partner payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Manage partner capital processes, including reconciliations and bank relationships
• Prepare annual partner statements and support financial statement audits
• Collaborate with HR and Tax teams to maintain up-to-date partner information
• Provide remuneration illustrations and support partner recruitment
• Deliver monthly reporting on partner metrics and key changes
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance across partnership finance

• Qualified accountant with partnership finance experience
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing workloads
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities
• Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and other MS Office applications
