Our tax graduate programme is your gateway to a future filled with opportunities and new experiences. A career in tax involves more than advising; you'll work with Team Tax to apply tax laws in real-life solutions, helping clients save money, mitigate risks, and create value.
Everyday, you'll collaborate with experienced team members who understand the balance of exam training and work. You’ll also have the chance to work directly with clients, exploring how they can optimize profits, manage risks, utilize incentives, expand internationally, or plan tax-efficient exits.
Our specialisms include VAT/Indirect Tax, Employer Solutions, Private Client Services, Corporate Tax, Innovation and Creative Sector Reliefs, Transfer Pricing, Capital Allowances, and Tax Investigations.
By being part of Team Tax, you'll:
- Collaborate across the business and engage with clients
Develop your skills, knowledge, and capabilities, benefiting clients and your professional growth. As you advance, you'll handle more complex portfolios and responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members.
What we're looking for:We value passion, personality, and originality, not just exam results. To be considered, you should have:
- A team-oriented mindset and curiosity about business, finance, and taxation
- Determination to tackle challenges and work hard to pass your exams
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort with numbers, analytical thinking, and interest in law
- At least 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, plus an honours degree or predicted honours
- Willingness to travel as needed
Please note, we do not accept applications with General Studies, AS levels, or EPQ. The start date for this role is 22 September 2026, which is mandatory due to training requirements.
