Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client who are searching for a new Transactional Finance Team Leader to join their team in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis. My client is looking for either a progressive or experienced candidate to take their next step in their finance career, and support in providing management to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

• Lead and manage the transactional finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements for internal use.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end financial close processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflow.

• Have either gained previous experience in a similar Transaction Finance Team Leader position OR a strong transactional finance background and are ready to progress into leadership.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
• Flexible 3/2 split working arrangement.
• Standard working hours from 8:30 to 17:00.
• Easily commutable, Leeds City Centre location.
