Customer Service Rep
Based in Leeds city centre – this role is 100% in person based.
Hours – Three or four full days per week (8.30am – 5.15pm)
Pay – in the region of £13.50-£14.50 hour rate depending on experience
46 The Calls, owned and managed by Yorkshire Design Group, is a vibrant riverside office building with a ground floor coffee shop and over 25 business tenants. We offer unique work spaces which are popular with businesses in creative, digital and design industries. YDG are now recruiting for a part time front of house position, to work confidently on our front desk and give a warm, friendly welcome to our business tenants and their guests.
We’d love to hear from you if you think you might be a great addition to our team – we are particularly looking for people with the following qualities:
- You’re a people-person with good interpersonal skills
- You feel comfortable and confident in a front desk situation
- You would be willing & happy to assist with marketing activities (social media/tenant socials)
- You’ve worked in hospitality/retail or customer services before
- You have good verbal & written communication skills
- You’re happy to work in a team and roll up your sleeves to help where needed
- You’re reliable, responsible and have a great work ethic
