A specialist engineering consultancy with a dedicated Mission Critical & Data Centres team is growing, and looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer.

Based in Leeds, you'll work on technically demanding projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe — from live plant upgrades and critical power systems to data halls and trading floor environments.

This is a role where you'll own your work, not just contribute to it.

What you'll be doing:
 Taking projects from initial brief through to completion, owning the electrical discipline on complex schemes
 Producing calculations, designs and technical documentation to a high standard
 Coordinating across disciplines and presenting at client, design team and project meetings
 Delegating to and developing junior engineers around you
 Working across a genuinely varied project portfolio in one of the fastest- moving sectors in construction

What you'll bring:
 Proven electrical engineering experience in a consultancy or design environment
 Familiarity with BIM/Revit, Electrical OM, DIALux and/or Relux
 Confidence managing client and contractor relationships
 A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others' development
