Position: Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Permanent)
A Senior Geotechnical Engineer position has come available in Leeds for an international awarding winning design engineering consultancy to join an established ground engineering team in the help of delivering a wide range of significant infrastructure projects across transportation, power and buildings.

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will gain have the opportunity to gain design delivery experience working across multiple sectors depending on interest. You will be situated within a highly skilled NW and national design team offering development across all areas of technical and management of projects.

The delivery responsibility of being a Senior Geotechnical Engineer incudes all aspects of technical design from feasibility through to conceptual and detailed design including soil structure interaction with the use of numerical analysis.

Senior Geotechnical Engineer Specification

Education background in Geology, civil engineering or geotechnics.
Chartered MICE or Cgeol
5-20 years of geotechnical consulting experience
Geotechnical detailed design experience across foundations, retaining walls, piles, slopes, earthworks, pads etc.
Extensive use of geotechnical software on infrastructure projects. Numerical modelling is beneficial.
UK driving licence.
