An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chelsea has arisen.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a static M&E Engineer to be based in Chelsea, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a single-man high-end residential site. The successful candidate will currently be a M&E engineer and have a strong understanding of servicing and repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works at various commercial properties.

This position would be ideal for an M&E Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
• Changing taps/washers
• Managing priorities within contract constraints.
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
• Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
• Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

• Salary of £45,000
• 40 Hours Per week
• Over Time available

• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
