  Estimator: £38k‑£45k
  Senior Estimator: £55k‑£60k

• Building and maintaining networks with clients, subcontractors, and contacts to secure profitable work
• Assimilating large volumes of technical information quickly and accurately
• Preparing tenders and bids in line with client requirements and contract conditions
• Managing deadlines in a high‑demand, fast‑paced environment
• Supporting business growth by identifying opportunities and optimising commercial outcomes
• Using your experience with site investigation contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Proven experience in ground investigation estimating
• Confidence working with different contract conditions used in the industry
• Self‑motivated, with an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Based in or around the Leeds area
• A degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable but demonstrable experience in GI estimating is equally valued
