We are currently seeking an Aircraft Mechanic for a permanent opportunity with one of our key clients
Tasks- Carry out aircraft maintenance in strict accordance with the approved MOE, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and airworthiness standards throughout all maintenance operations.
- Accurately complete task documentation, including recording of man-hours, materials consumption, and work performed in the relevant systems.
- Provide operational support for AOG and MRT interventions as required, including rapid response and recovery actions.
- Support light scheduled maintenance inputs and assist with AOG recovery activities to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Ensure aircraft are presented to the highest technical and cleanliness standards following maintenance activities.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and FOD-free working environment in line with safety and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Line Station Manager with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and adherence to regulatory obligations.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to Apprentices to support their technical development and compliance awareness.
- Completed an apprenticeship or appropriate aviation mechanical training.
- 2+ years of aeronautical experience in Line Maintenance, with at least 12 months of practical experience.
- Experience on private/business aircraft (preferred).
- Understanding of Part 145 regulations and company MOE.
- Familiar with HF/FTS and EWIS requirements.
- Proficient with IT systems and tooling/equipment used in maintenance.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- UK driving license and eligibility for an airside pass.
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
