Freelance Electrical Site Manager - Leeds - 12 Months

Mech Electrics Limited are recruiting for a key MEP contractor seeking an Electrically Biased Site Manager on a freelance basis.

The project is a new-build office development in Leeds city centre, with a £5.5M electrical value, delivered as part of a full MEP package.

We are looking for a strong electrical lead to take full site ownership.

Contract:

Freelance

• Manage the electrical installation on site
• Lead subcontractors and direct labour
• Drive programme performance
• Coordinate with mechanical and main contractor teams
• Ensure H&S compliance
• Manage QA processes
• Oversee commissioning and handover
• Report progress to senior management

• Electrically qualified / strong electrical background
• Experience delivering £4M+ electrical packages
• Commercial new-build experience
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Strong programme management capability
• Available to start in April

This is a straightforward 12-month contract on a significant commercial project with a reputable and well-structured MEP contractor.
