We are seeking a full-time Street Works Coordinator to join our team on‑site in the Greater Leeds Area. In this role, you will coordinate street works to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and that projects are completed efficiently. Key responsibilities include applying for permits, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders, scheduling works to meet deadlines, ensuring health and safety standards are followed, and maintaining comprehensive records.

You will play a critical role in supporting project delivery and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Knowledge of street works regulations, permit systems, and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and preparing reports
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including project management and communication platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and independently
• Experience in utility or civil engineering sectors is advantageous
• A Street Works qualification (such as NRSWA) is beneficial
• A valid UK driver’s license is preferred
