We’re looking for a Construction Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You ll be part of a team rolling out a nationwide network of next-gen clean energy hubs — supporting commercial fleets with electric, HVO, bio-CNG, and hydrogen power solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating detailed bottom-up cost estimates to support land acquisition and pre-construction
• Tracking and forecasting all project costs through delivery phases
• Managing tenders, procurement, cost variation, and contractor negotiations
• Providing strategic insights and risk assessments to keep projects lean and efficient
• Proven experience on construction projects of £5m+
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to juggle multiple work streams
• Background in civils, fuel infrastructure, land purchase, or related fields
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and cost estimation software
• Full driving licence and flexibility to visit UK sites as needed
