Field Support Engineer

Syntech Recruitment is pleased to be working with a leading tech company in the UAV sector who is looking for a dynamic Field Support Engineer to provide technical support, deliver customer training, and perform field testing on cutting-edge drone systems. You’ll be hands-on with high-tech solutions used in critical industries like security and defence.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (on-site & remote).
• Perform regular maintenance, software updates, and upgrades.
• Train users and support customer inquiries.
• Conduct field tests and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance during operations.

• Strong engineering background (Software/Electronic/Mechanical).
• Linux CLI, networking, and some programming knowledge (C++ ideal).
• Experience with high-pressure situations and customer support.
• Bonus:
  Drone regulatory knowledge, pilot license, or UAV experience.
