• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians
• Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders
• Overseeing design delivery to high technical standards, within time and budget
• Supporting business development and contributing to strategic growth

• Chartered (or nearly chartered) with IStruct

• Proven experience leading structural engineering projects
• Strong technical knowledge across a variety of construction materials and sectors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ambition to grow into a leadership or director-level role
