• As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will deliver and oversee civil engineering designs across a range of infrastructure projects.
• You will support and mentor engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• You will work closely with clients, attending meetings and providing technical input and solutions.
• You will review designs, calculations and reports, ensuring quality and compliance.
• You will assist senior leadership with project management, resourcing and business development activities.

• Chartered or near‑Chartered status with ICE or equivalent.
• Solid experience in civil infrastructure design, including highways and drainage.
• Confidence working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical capability with a desire to develop leadership skills.
• A motivated and collaborative approach to your work.

You will earn £62,000‑£68,000 depending on experience.
