As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll be trusted to lead technically complex schemes, influence strategic decisions and be recognised as a senior figure within a growing civil engineering team. • Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering projects from feasibility through to construction.
• Act as a technical authority, reviewing designs, calculations and reports to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Manage and mentor engineers, supporting technical development and performance.
• Take ownership of client relationships, providing trusted technical advice and strategic input.
• Support work‑winning activities, including bid preparation and technical input to proposals.

• Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent).
• Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure schemes such as highways, drainage and development infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical risk.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• A collaborative leadership style and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

You will receive a salary of £58,000‑£63,000 dependent on experience.
