What You Will Be Doing

· As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will deliver and oversee civil engineering designs across a range of infrastructure projects.

· You will support and mentor engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

· You will work closely with clients, attending meetings and providing technical input and solutions.

· You will review designs, calculations and reports, ensuring quality and compliance.

· You will assist senior leadership with project management, resourcing and business development activities.
 
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive as an Associate Civil Engineer, you will bring:

· Chartered or near-Chartered status with ICE or equivalent.

· Solid experience in civil infrastructure design, including highways and drainage.

· Confidence working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

· Strong technical capability with a desire to develop leadership skills.

· A motivated and collaborative approach to your work.
 
Salary & Benefits
You will earn £62,000-£68,000 depending on experience.
