Field Service Engineer

Position: Field Service Engineer (Permanent)
We are looking for a Service Engineer to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems and associated equipment. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and in line with engineering and ISO standards.
You will work independently on customer sites, delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance, maintaining high safety standards, and representing the business professionally at all times. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota and ongoing technical training.

* As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and completing maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard, following approved procedures and safety requirements.

* You’ll communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, complete accurate service documentation, and take ownership of your work and company-issued equipment.

* This role suits an engineer who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving in varied environments, and working as part of a professional service team delivering high-quality engineering support.
What we’re looking for

* We’re looking for an experienced Service Engineer with a strong engineering background and proven experience servicing and maintaining compressed air systems.

* You’ll be safety-focused, organised, and comfortable working independently on customer sites.

* You should be adaptable, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced service environment, and confident communicating technical information to customers and colleagues.

* A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in emergency call-out cover are essential
