Be the Safety Leader Behind a Greener Future

Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking QHSE professional ready to make your mark in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation?

We’re on a mission to decarbonise the UK’s road freight sector — building the next generation of refuelling and recharging infrastructure for vans and HGVs across the country.

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we’re looking for an energetic and ambitious QHSE Manager to lead, shape and elevate our approach to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across engineering, construction, and operations.

What You’ll Do

As our QHSE Manager, you’ll be the go-to authority for all things Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. You’ll :

  • Lead the continuous improvement of our QHSE culture and management systems (BMS, QMS, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).
  • Advise project, construction and operational teams on best practice and compliance.
  • Champion sustainability, risk management, and a zero-harm culture.
  • Drive accreditation processes, internal audits and training initiatives.
  • Embed safety and quality into every aspect of our operations — from design to delivery.

This is your opportunity to build something from the ground up — designing and embedding the QHSE framework for a growing renewable energy business that’s shaping the UK’s sustainable logistics landscape.

What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years’ QHSE experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO, Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Strong understanding of UK safety and environmental regulations, CDM and ISO standards.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Why Join?

You’ll be joining a bold, mission‑led organisation that’s tackling one of the most important challenges of our time — cutting carbon emissions from road freight.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to lead meaningful change , grow with a dynamic business, and leave a legacy of safer, cleaner, better operations for generations to come.

Package
  • Salary up to £60,000
  • 15% bonus
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • 5% pension
  • Private medical, dental, life insurance
  • Quarterly company offsites
  • Continues investment in your professional growth

Ready to take charge of QHSE excellence and power the future of sustainable transport?
