Up to £36,000 + Benefits + Company Vehicle

Golden Fox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading environmental and compliance consultancy seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.

This role is well suited to a surveyor who prefers working on commercial and industrial sites and wants to work within a structured, professional organisation with high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264

* Surveying commercial and industrial properties only

* Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)

* Producing accurate, compliant survey reports

* Working in accordance with UKAS procedures and health & safety requirements

Requirements

* BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

* Proven asbestos surveying experience

* Strong understanding of HSG

* Full UK driving licence
