Mason Clark Associates are seeking a Chartered Civil Engineer to join and grow our infrastructure team at Associate or Director level. Based in either our York or Leeds offices, this is a strategic role for an experienced professional ready to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.

You will have a proven track record in a similar consultancy environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving technical excellence across the team.

• Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on drainage, highways, and flood risk schemes.
• Support and mentor engineers working towards chartership.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement.
• Chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of adoptable road and sewer design, SUDS, and FRA documentation.
• Proficiency in Info Drainage, and Civil 3D design.
