As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our HSEQ team by providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters. You will work closely with our operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement safety procedures, and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programmes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards and recommend controls.
  • Investigate incidents and near‑mises, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of health and safety training and awareness programmes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our HSEQ management systems and processes.
Experience And Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • IOSH membership or equivalent.
  • Experience with in the waste management or construction industry is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
