Learning Support Assistant

Engage Education are currently working with a number of primary schools in North, East and South Leeds who are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work at their schools. This role would involve supporting children in their primary education, general classroom tidying duties, lunchtime supervision, supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and helping raise pupil progress through interventions such as Maths, or English.

No qualifications are necessary for this role, however experience in a primary school, nursery or from a care/support worker background within the last 2 years is what we are looking for!

The hours would be 08:30am until 15:30pm and we are looking for people who can work the full 5 days per week, starting ASAP!

• To support the Class Teacher to prepare resources and deliver lessons
• Assist with feeding and personal care
• Provide a fun and engaging learning environment
