An education recruitment agency is seeking a Behaviour Mentor in Leeds to support students with SEMH needs. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage in learning. Candidates should have experience in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural issues and possess strong relationship-building skills. The position requires a calm and patient approach, and an Enhanced DBS check is necessary.

The job is temporary to permanent, with typical hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm during term time.
