OverviewOur client, a well-established Further Education provider in Surrey, is seeking an experienced and inspiring Business Studies Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across BTEC Levels 1 to 3, with a particular focus on the Level 3 study programme.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping learners’ academic and professional development, preparing them for further study or employment within the business sector.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver outstanding teaching across BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship programmes (Levels 1–3), with a specific focus on Level 3 learners.
- Prepare engaging and effective teaching and learning materials.
- Promote a learner-centred approach that supports individual progress and achievement.
- Complete associated administrative duties, including grading, target setting, and internal quality assurance processes.
- Inspire students through innovative teaching methods, industry engagement, project-based learning, guest speakers, and employer-linked activities.
- Ensure timely preparation of revision materials, assessments, and assignments.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at BTEC Levels 1–3.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young people through engaging and innovative teaching practice.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills related to assessment and quality assurance.
- Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Ability to develop students’ academic, professional, and employability skills.
