A successful SEMH school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational and behavioural needs. This role is full-time and term-time only, starting ASAP, providing the opportunity for a permanent position. Candidates should have experience working with children facing complex challenges, ideally within an SEN/SEMH or mainstream school. A good sense of humour and empathy are essential for this role, which involves both small group and 1:1 support.
