You must be comfortable leading sessions independently, managing delegates professionally and ensuring all training documentation is completed accurately and on time. What Youll Be Doing Delivering structured training programmes to a high professional standard Supporting the development of presentations, course materials and handouts Working alongside senior trainers to enhance course delivery Gathering feedback and continuously improving training effectiveness Managing course administration and maintaining accurate records Responding to customer enquiries and supporting programme scheduling
