Classroom Supervisor – Get Into Teaching

We’re working with welcoming secondary schools across North and Central Leeds looking for confident and dependable Cover Supervisors to join their teams. It’s a rewarding role where you’ll build classroom experience, develop key skills, and make a real difference to young people every day.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
Creating a calm and purposeful learning environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
If you have a specialist subject, schools will always aim to prioritise this where possible.
What we’re looking for
Experience working with young people, in school or another setting
A confident and approachable style with good classroom presence
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
