Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a challenging Maths curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Teach high‑quality, personalised and inclusive lessons that achieve strong progress and outcomes for all learners.
  • Support the academic and holistic development of every student.
  • Build fair, respectful and supportive relationships that empower students to thrive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, engage in co‑operative working and contribute to the academy vision of ‘Everyone Exceptional’.
  • Take part in continuous professional development and share best practice.
Requirements
  • Passion for Maths and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to deliver inclusive lessons at KS3 and KS4.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Eligible for the state‑funded payment of £3,000 to £6,000 where applicable.
