• Plan and deliver a challenging Maths curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Teach high‑quality, personalised and inclusive lessons that achieve strong progress and outcomes for all learners.

• Passion for Maths and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to deliver inclusive lessons at KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
• Eligible for the state‑funded payment of £3,000 to £6,000 where applicable.

• Nationally negotiated terms and conditions including STPCD (teachers) or NJC Green book (support staff) with Real Living Wage Foundation commitment.
• Long Service Recognition – after 5 years continuous service, support staff receive 5 additional days of annual leave entitlement (pro rata).
