About the Role

Are you a dynamic and relatable educator looking to make a genuine impact? We are seeking a full-time tutor to lead small group sessions in Aylesbury. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who excels at building rapport with students and acting as a positive mentor and role model

We specialise in high-engagement learning. You won't just be teaching from a textbook; you ll be inspiring confidence, breaking down complex topics, and helping students navigate the modern curriculum with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons to small groups (typically 3-6 students).
  • Provide mentorship and pastoral support
    , helping students build academic resilience.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback to parents.
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and focused classroom atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent Communication: Someone who can "speak the language" of today s students and make learning feel accessible.
  • Modern Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of current GCSE/A-Level requirements (or relevant Key Stages).
  • High Energy: A vibrant personality with the ability to keep small groups motivated and on task.
  • Empathy: A nurturing approach we want tutors who students feel comfortable approaching with questions.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in tutoring, coaching, or youth mentoring is highly desirable.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Aylesbury
    .
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required (we can assist with this).
