PK Education are currently recruiting Flexible Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across West Yorkshire on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced TAs, graduates, youth workers or individuals considering a career in education who are looking for flexible work with immediate start dates.

• Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
• Covering short-term absences and daily bookings

• Individuals confident working with children or young people
• Flexible availability (including same-day bookings)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work across at least two local areas
• A proactive and adaptable attitude

Experience in schools is desirable but not essential, full support and guidance will be provided.

• Competitive daily rates £90 - £100 per day (AWR compliant)
