You are a teacher that will create a safe and nurturing classroom, one that encourages independence and exploration in our young children. You will lead beginning learners to the fulfillment of their potential in intellectual, emotional, and social growth. Establishing meaningful relationships with families is essential to supporting student achievement, engagement, and long‑term academic success. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all district, state, and early childhood education guidelines for every student.
RoleRequirements
As the ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, along with a valid state teaching license appropriate for early childhood instruction. You should be confident in using early learning standards, managing classroom routines, and monitoring student progress. You will utilize PBIS to create prevention strategies for student behaviors, and facilitate communication with families, staff, and administrators to address behavior issues.
You have a strong passion for equipping young learners with the skills and confidence they need for lifelong success.
