.

In this position, you’ll use your enthusiasm for physical activity and structured routines to support students with a variety of social, emotional, and learning needs. Your sporting background will help you inspire and engage students, encouraging resilience, emotional regulation, and teamwork through purposeful activities.

• Support students’ learning by incorporating movement, games, and physical activities to increase engagement
• Assist students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, helping them build patience, resilience, and teamwork skills
• Use structured routines and activities to help students develop confidence and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive, supportive, and active classroom environment tailored to individual needs
• Working 1:1 with children with behavioural needs

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in sports coaching, personal training, PE, or team leadership roles. Previous classroom experience isn’t required — we’re looking for energetic, adaptable people who are passionate about using movement and activity to support young learners.
