SEN Teaching Assistants required in the Seacroft area Hours & Contract
Monday–Friday,8:30am – 3:30pm.
Proven experience supporting children with SEND
Experience managing challenging behaviour in a classroom setting
Resilient, patient, and adaptable approach
Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with SEN
Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour positively
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks
Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons as required
Promote inclusion, independence, and engagement in classroom activities
Maintain clear communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals
