Secondary Teacher of Geography – Herne Bay

Academics, Canterbury are seeking an experienced and passionate Geography Teacher to join the dedicated team at a “Good” school in Herne Bay. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of all aspects of Geography and a passion for inspiring and motivating pupils to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality and engaging Geography lessons

* Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

* Manage student behaviour in the classroom and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

* Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a holistic approach to the student experience.

Requirements:

* Qualified Geography Teacher with PGCE/QTS certification

* Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level

* Passion for teaching and developing student's knowledge and skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
