• Model and disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children;
• Facilitate, support and monitor the overall progress and development of EYFS pupils and designated groups of pupils;
• Foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to excel;
• Be committed to on‑going professional development;
• Contribute to the wider life at the nursery;
• Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment;
• Be innovative, highly motivated;
• Have good interpersonal skills and are able to work well as part of our team.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.
• A strong understanding of the curriculum.
• A reflective, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
