What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS.

A strong understanding of the curriculum.

A reflective, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.

A commitment to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
