School Administrator ️

Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for an organised and reliable School Administrator to support secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly ✨

• Provide administrative support to the school office and senior staff
• Manage day-to-day tasks such as attendance, reception duties, and data entry
• Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
• Support with pupil records and general school administration
• Help maintain a welcoming and efficient school environment

• Previous administrative or office experience (school-based experience desirable)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using IT systems and office software
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• An understanding of safeguarding in a school setting (training provided)
