As a Supply Teacher with Randstad, you will be the safe pair of hands our schools rely. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your preference).
• Adapting quickly to new school environments and policies.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Marking the work completed during the day to ensure continuity for the class teacher.
• Leaving the school at the end of the day with no planning or take-home marking.

Qualification: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.

Experience: Recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.

Flexibility: The willingness to travel to different schools within the Leeds area.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).
