You will serve as a vital link between the curriculum and students who face barriers to learning. Working within our partner Primary schools, you will:

• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex class instructions into manageable tasks for students with Autism, ADHD, or Global Developmental Delay.
• Regulate Emotions: Support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them navigate frustration and anxiety.
• Foster Independence: assist pupils in building social skills and self-reliance, rather than doing the work for them.
• Collaborate: Act as the "eyes and ears" for the class teacher, providing feedback on student progress and behaviour.

• Autonomy: You are the boss of your own schedule. Manage your bookings via our mobile portal and only work on the days that fit your lifestyle.
• Transparent Finances: We operate a strict PAYE system. You receive your earnings every Friday, with no hidden fees or third-party deductions.
• Exclusive Access: We hold partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts and schools across Leeds that do not advertise elsewhere.

• Background: Proven history of working with youth or vulnerable adults (Education, Residential Care, Sports Coaching, or Youth Work).
• Compliance: You must hold a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or be prepared to process a new application immediately).
• Character: A calm demeanor under pressure and the ability to build rapport quickly with children who may be distrusting of adults.
