About the Role

We are currently experiencing a surge in demand from our partner schools across Leeds for confident and capable Key Stage 2 Teachers. Whether you enjoy the inquisitive nature of Year 3 or the academic focus of Year 6, we have daily and long‑term opportunities waiting for you.

• Deliver challenging and structured lessons across Years 3 to 6.
• Support students with the more complex demands of the KS2 curriculum, particularly in Maths and Literacy.
• Manage behaviour effectively, fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and focus.
• Help students develop the independence and resilience needed for secondary transition.
• Ensure all work is marked and feedback is left for the returning teacher with zero take‑home planning required.

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience within Key Stage 2 (knowledge of the Year 6 SATs curriculum is a bonus but not mandatory).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage older children.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one) and two professional references.
