Are you a flexible and proactive Cover Supervisor based in Leeds and available to start a new role immediately? Have you got previous experience working in secondary schools? Empowering Learning is working closely with a high-achieving secondary school in LS16 who are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile Cover Supervisor to join the school temporarily.

• Flexible and versatile approach to work
• To deliver pre‑planned lessons to a high standard, ensuring students remain engaged in their lessons
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster an inclusive learning environment for all students
• Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

• Previous experience covering schools in secondary schools would be ideal, but not essential. Full training from the school is provided.
• Educated to graduate level
• Proactive and versatile individual
• The ability to think outside-the-box, on-the-spot and use your initiative when needed
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong behavioural management skills
