Behaviour & Inclusion Support – North Leeds | Start: ASAP | Full Time f | Pay depends on your skills & quals

We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support legends to join a specialist setting in North Leeds a place where young people who’ve been excluded, unwell, or let down by mainstream get another shot.
The RoleSupport students in KS3 & KS4 who are finding their feet in a new environment. Work 1:1 or in tight-knit groups—whatever helps them settle. Help kids who communicate differently or need structure to feel seen and heard. Stay cool when things get heated, and show them there’s always someone in their corner.
You’ll thrive here if you:- Don’t flinch when chaos kicks off you’ve got calm on lock
- Get that behaviour’s never random, and there’s always a reason
- Want to make school feel like a fresh start, not another let-down
- A DBS on the update service (or be up for getting one with us)
- Two recent references
- A big heart, solid boundaries, and a head for safeguarding
- Weekly PAYE pay no umbrella faff or mystery deductions like the cash machine that takes of a couple of quid when you get a tenner out!
- FREE training (inc. Thrive if you don’t have it, we’ll sort you out)
- Proper consultant support we’ve been in the classroom too
- Roles where you’re part of the team, not just covering a shift
