Join the TFAS Wealth Limited team as a Digital Acquisition Manager based in Leeds, working remotely with minimum onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, build and optimise paid search and social media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok and Display networks to maximising lead generation and profitability.
- Test and experiment using structured A/B testing frameworks on keyword, creative, bidding and audiences to deliver performance improvements.
- Analyse online campaign data, CRM and offline touchpoints to calculate ROAS, lead volumes, CPL and profitability, and implement optimisation decisions.
- Maintain campaign assets, geo‑targeting, campaign assets and sync digital assets in Google Ads Editor, Bing Editor and social platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, invoices and ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain landing pages in Unbounce, ensuring pixels and tags fire correctly and optimise for lead capture.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders, building new reports as required and collaborating with external account managers.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads in a paid‑search or performance‑marketing environment.
- Desirable: experience with Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Display platforms, and performance experiments.
- Desirable: experience working for FCA‑regulated or finance‑related companies and in lead‑generation or performance‑marketing settings.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
