Join Juniper Training Ltd as a Vocational/Employability Tutor and inspire, mentor, and transform the next generation of learners in Leeds.

• Plan and deliver dynamic, interactive training sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
• Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
• Develop and refresh curriculum to keep programs industry‑relevant and ensure learners acquire real‑world skills.
• Support and mentor learners, acting as a role model and helping them overcome barriers to success.
• Maintain accurate learner records, including progress, attendance, and assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to create a seamless learning experience.
• Engage in continuous professional development to ensure your skills remain sharp and relevant.

• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
• A passion for helping people succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence using IT for lesson planning and record‑keeping.
• Bonus:
  Experience as an Employability Tutor.

Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.

• 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service.
